units: don't install dbus-org.freedesktop.oom1.service alias

The systemd-oomd.service unit contains

[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target
Alias=dbus-org.freedesktop.oom1.service

which means the symlink is supposed to be created dynamically when the
service is enabled.
