arm64: dts: imx8mp-phyboard-pollux: Add VCC_5V_SW regulator

Add fixed  regulator VCC_5V_SW based on the phyBOARD-Pollux schematics
to reflect the connectivity on the phyBOARD-Pollux-i.MX8MP.
