barebox: upgrade 2025.09.0 -> 2025.11.0

* New boards supported: i.MX93 FRDM, Enclustra Mercury+ SA2.
* Stricter validation of network data in NFS client code.
* Enhance 'parted' command: allows creating partitions up to the end of the
  device.
* Various fixes and improvements.
