Fixes Rust-GCC#3613 gcc/rust/ChangeLog: * typecheck/rust-hir-type-check-type.cc (TypeCheckType::resolve_root_path): catch nullptr root_tyty gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog: * rust/compile/issue-3613.rs: New test.
