man/man3type/intN_t.3type: HISTORY: Update first SUS appearance of [u]intN_t(3type)

The [u]intN_t(3type) types, for N ∈ {8,16,32,64}, first appeared in
SUSv2 under the <inttypes.h> header.[1]
