Various dissect-image cleanups (#41178)

I noticed the message for verity partition mismatch was wrong, which
then led me down this rabbit hole...

Aside from the new test for usr verity partitions, this is 49
insertions(+), 127 deletions(-), and reduces the space for bugs to hide
a bit.
