For the featdmf signaling mode the incoming MF Caller-ID information is formatted as follows: *${CALLERID(ani2)}${CALLERID(ani)}#*${EXTEN}# Rather than discarding the ani2 digits, populate the CALLERID(ani2) value with what is received instead.
