tests: don't use lang-default from individual tests

* tests/sample-test: Don't recommend using lang-default here.
It is now run for each test automatically, via TESTS_ENVIRONMENT.
* tests/dd/reblock: Don't source lang-default here.
* tests/misc/truncate-fail-diag: Likewise.
