selftest/lkdtm: Use local .gitignore

Commit 68ca0fd272da ("selftest/lkdtm: Don't pollute 'git status'")
introduced patterns for git to ignore files generated in
tools/testing/selftests/lkdtm/

Use local .gitignore file instead of using the root one.
