python-async: inherit setuptools

Fixed when bitbake nativesdk-python-async:
DEBUG: Executing shell function do_compile
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "setup.py", line 2, in <module>
    from setuptools import setup
ImportError: No module named setuptools

Replace distutils with setuptools will fix the problem.
