Redo the linkifying of URLs and email addresses to not munge up weird
cases so badly.

On re-reading bug 4133, I see that I should just turn off the
javascript stuff on all instances of IE.

Don't try to run our javascript if running on IE4.

Can now query for a specified field being changed at a specified time,
optionally to a specified value.

logincookie, just in case some silly user mucked with their cookie file.

Turns out the javascript I was using was version 1.2, not 1.1.  Who knew?
