Makefile: add install target

To make it easier to install the files add install target to Makefile. Also

So at the moment if the firmware doesn't provide qmi-board-id ath12k sets the
value to 255. I plan fix that in ath12k so that ath12k doesn't search
qmi-board-id at all.

To make this all backwards compatible add names without qmi-board-id for cases
when it's 255.

Remove all backwards incompatible files

This is the first CS support for IPQ5018+QCN6122+QCN6122 chipsets.
QCN6122 does not have an internal firmware processor on its own and it
uses the IPQ5018 firmware processor. The earlier testing build for
IPQ5018 was for a different hardware combination which uses different
type of firmware binaries.

6G FCC certification and BT-COEX for onboarding profiles are supported.
