CSS: Bring back listing.css

This is very large because we pull the entire main stylesheet in and
then add more on top of it. This is however easier than building this
all from the bits and pieces.

CSS: Fix moving the footer to the bottom

The viewport was not scaled up to the maximum height of the window which
is why the footer was not pushed to the bottom of the page.
