Rename Sass variables to match naming in Foundation for Sites

Move grid Sass files into a separate grid folder, to match the structure of Foundation for Sites

Update poster comments in Sass files to all say Foundation for Emails instead of Ink

Prune unused utility functions and add SassDoc comments to the remaining ones
