Arsenal is a static-only family (Regular, Bold, Italic, BoldItalic) with
no variable font axes. Without buildVariable: false, the builder defaults
to attempting a variable font build which fails. Arsenal SC, which uses
the same upstream repo, already has this flag set.

The existing override config had two path errors:
- Directory: "source/" should be "sources/" (plural)
