Set header font-weights to 'normal' (400)

After 'Open Sans' was removed, I believe the font weights should be set back to normal/400 for headings instead of 300 which suited Open Sans. Some might argue it should be 'bold'/700 for headings as that's browsers' default.

to other components. For example,

IE9 actually supports 2d transforms with -ms prefix.

The bullets weren't working with the previous change. This makes sure both the bullets work, as well as clicking on the slide. If clicking on the slide isn't supposed to progress to the next slide, then the binding needs to be changed from container to bullet_container
