Added lfs files for hplip

But I did not do the integration into make.sh, as there are some missing
dependencies. I have split the package up into two:

hplip_lite is what hplip looked like in ipfire-2.x
hplip_full has scanner support compiled in additionally. Very usefull for
HP_PSC devices to allow printing and scanning.

Added net-snmpd addon

Most likely there has to be done some magic to upstart to
recognize net-snmpd with the events it should be triggered by.
