curl: Comment out unplaced command.

This command had no effect in its former place.
But there is no place where to put it. So we leave it
commented out until we need it.

curl: Remove --prefix option.

--prefix is set by default and is not needed.

curl: Fix list of dependencies.

Don't add a package to both lists. Decide if the package has
a runtime dependency or only needs a special tool on build time.

Additionally, in this case, pkg-config, libidn and zlib were missing.
