Replace SysV SIGCLD define with posix SIGCHLD define.

Note that there are still multiple uses of sysv signal() command in

Zero padding to meet "minimum scan line time" requirements was done
incorrectly. First and last scan lines were broken, and some fax machines
always responded with RTN or possibly missed RTC, that caused
"No response to EOP/MPS" failure.

Config defaults
---------------
1. ModemRecvFillOrder default value is now correctly autodetected for
   most Class1, Class2, and Class2.0 modems (Multitech users! Can you
   check if it still works correctly with ModemRecvFillOrder removed
   from the config?)
2. Class2.0 for USR modems is now disabled by default (if ModemType is
   not specified).
3. ModemFlowControl default value is now XONXOFF instead NONE.
4. ModemMfrQueryCmd and ModemModelQueryCmd have now correct default
   values in Class0/Class1: ATI3 and ATI0 respectively.

Added -Ml=0.4in to the second of two instances *doh!*

Another patch from my RPM - shift the left margin in 0.4 inches when
invoking textfmt. Leading characters are lost on many fax machines with
the default left margin.

Add -dFIXEDMEDIA to cope with broken windows postscript, fixing
"Client does not support document page width," etc.

Remove *all* zlib files...

Removes zlib from the hylafax distribution.

The configure parameter ZLIB is removed and the ZLIBINC parameter now includes
the '-I' portion to better work with the Makefiles

reset() result was ignored and it sometimes leaded to troubles.

Post page response (AT+FET) was handled wrong way and for some modems
(e.g. Xircom) every transmisson was aborted incorrectly.

problem on some solaris systems using gcc.
It handles the case of FOO/SYMLINK/../BAR correctly.
It handles the case of //FOO correctly on old-fashioned hosts where
leading // is significant.  POSIX.1 allows a special meaning for
leading //, so it's incorrect to replace //FOO with /FOO on those hosts.
It handles the case of .//FOO correctly.
It optimizes ./FOO to FOO even at the start of a line.

The "FlexFAX" in faxsetup.sh.in was correct. Hylafax uses hfaxd and faxq.
Crusty ole' FlexFAX used faxd. *DOH!* Thanks Tim ;-)

A format specifier %s was missed in the traceServer() call.
