Files added in the zlib 1.1.3 distribution

replace zlib 1.0.4 with zlib 1.1.3

Added necessary chkconfig runlevel and comment lines (for IRIX and
recent versions of RedHat Linux) to allow `chkconfig --add hylafax`
setup of runlevel links at install time. A $ECHO was erroneously
reporting old protocol compatability and SNPP support - now it makes

iPatch integrates the sysv init script and the faxsetup script
1) Introduces 3 new params to setup.cache:
    SYSVINIT- location of sysv script
    FAXQ_SERVER - whether to start faxq 1 = yes 0 = no
    HFAXD_SERVER -whether to start hfaxd as daemon = 1 inetd = 0
2) In configure script alters SYSVINIT param from yes/no/auto to location of
sysv init file
3) configure now does a quick search for a suitable init.d directory for the
sysv script otherwise it is installed in the SBIN directory
4) The run level links are *not* automatically installed, needs to be done
manually

At some time in the future faxsetup should be enhanced to do the run-level links

Patch which fixes corruption at the end of the tagline on each
fax page transmitted.  Caused by a calculation error

StackBuffer patch b Robert Colquhoun(rjc@trump.net.au)

Patch adds a defined operator= to the stack buffer class to overide
the implicit one added by the C++ compiler which causes problems for
that class ie protection faults

gcc-2.8.x/egcs patch

Patches a number of C++ source files to be more inline with the newer
