So at the moment if the firmware doesn't provide qmi-board-id ath12k sets the
value to 255. I plan fix that in ath12k so that ath12k doesn't search
qmi-board-id at all.

To make this all backwards compatible add names without qmi-board-id for cases
when it's 255.

This is not supported in upstream so remove it.

Remove all backwards incompatible files

I don't want to support backwards compatible releases so remove them all.
Everything under testing were backwards compatible as well as the only WCN6750
release.
