Add upstream_info.md investigation reports for 879 font families

Add source investigation reports documenting upstream repository
status for all ofl/ families that did not yet have one. Each report
records the repository URL, commit hash, and source status from
METADATA.pb, providing a comprehensive inventory of source metadata
across the Google Fonts collection.
