typo in docs

Change all occurrences of string to std::string

I noticed that there were both `string` and `std::string` in the file
that I am working on. This converts them all to `std::string`.

Note that Lua is now required for the recursor

```

The guide forgot to include the "action" parameter in the warningRate example. Note that because the actions are integers, this was valid LUA. It even worked, but the rule wouldn't show up in showDynBlocks()
