Logic to increase serial is not centralized and it does not detect if the SERIAL has changed in the SOA. It just looks for a change of the SOA record in general.

When the final result of the slave-check get logged, always add the respective serials to the log line. This is very useful when debugging slave-check issues

On incoming NOTIFY load our serial from backend to have it available during slave-check.

Also log ourserial to ease debugging.

constantly try to AXFR the zone. To avoid this, we add the zone to the list
