chore: remove unused dependencies

Remove dependencies:
* `dateformat`
* `gaze`

These dependencies are not used in CLI, JS, Sass or `foundation-docs`.

Keep dependencies:
* `util-deprecate`: it is probable that we will have to add and remove it very often.
