Change the order of the authors in the man page

The first author in sarg_manpage.xml should be the current maintainer
of the document according to the generated groff file.

sarg.1		diff \| blob \| blame \| history
sarg_manpage.xml		diff \| blob \| blame \| history

Unnamed repository; edit this file 'description' to name the repository.
