Makefile.in (OBJS-onestep): Remove.

* Makefile.in (OBJS-onestep): Remove.
(ALL_HOST_BACKEND_OBJS): Remove libbackend.o.
(libbackend.a): Remove onestep support.
(libbackend.o): Remove.
* configure.ac (--enable-intermodule): Remove.
* configure: Regenerate.
