(amd64_linux_store_inferior_registers): Likewise write them. * amd64-linux-tdep.c (amd64_linux_gregset_reg_offset): Add offsets for seg bases if they're present in struct user. * amd64-linux-tdep.h (AMD64_LINUX_ORIG_RAX_REGNUM): Set to AMD64_NUM_REGS. * amd64-tdep.c (amd64_init_abi): Init org.gnu.gdb.i386.seg. * amd64-tdep.h (AMD64_FSBASE_REGNUM, AMD64_GSBASE_REGNUM): New.
