Subject: [PATCH] Revert "pdns-recursor: Update to version 3.2."

This reverts commit bdacf3b368a931594fe89aa40d4b7f404f8026cd.

pdns_recursor gets a SEGV when it is started and I cannot
figure out the reasons.
