Subject: [PATCH] build: avoid spurious failures due to lack of EGREP
 definition

* configure.ac: Use AC_PROG_EGREP, since many doc and test rules
use $EGREP.
* cfg.mk (sc_tests_list_consistency): Use grep -E, not $(EGREP) here.
