Subject: [PATCH] build: enable the -Wpointer-sign gcc warning

... when configured with the --enable-gcc-warnings option.
This follows on from commit 34ef0a01, 2010-10-14,
"sort: fix unportable cast of unsigned char * -> char *"

* configure.ac: -Wall implicitly enables this warning
so remove the explicit disabling.
