arm64: dts: renesas: rzg3e-smarc-som: Sort GMAC pinmux entries

Sort the pinmux entries for both GMAC ctrl nodes in port order (A/B/C and
D/E/F respectively) and remove the extra blank line before the second
pinmux assignment.
