ARM: dts: aspeed: Add Facebook Wedge400-data64 (AST2500) BMC

Add wedge400-data64.dts to extend wedge400's data0 partition from 8MB to
64MB smoothly.

wedge400-data64.dts is copied from wedge400.dts with below changes:
  - updating model/compatible strings.
  - updating flash0 partition.
