* libltdl/ltdl.h (lt_dlrealloc): removed declaration.
* libltdl/ltdl.c (lt_dlrealloc): removed definition.
(lt_dladderror): Instead of calling lt_dlrealloc, use lt_dlmalloc,
and lt_dlfree.
