bcm27xx: do not install bcm27xx-gpu-fw on bcm2712

bcm2712 uses a dedicated eeprom chip with closed-source blobs
provided via rpi-eeprom which is part of the bcm27xx-utils.
No need to install the old firmware files on this target.
