KVM/TDX: Remove redundant definitions of TDX_TD_ATTR_*

There are definitions of TD attributes bits inside asm/shared/tdx.h as
TDX_ATTR_*.

Remove KVM's definitions and use the ones in asm/shared/tdx.h
