syntax-check: fix violations and re-enable sc_prohibit_cvs_keyword.

* cfg.mk (local-checks-to-fix): Remove sc_prohibit_cvs_keyword
from list of disabled checks.
* tests/tagdemo/README: Remove spurious CVS keyword.
