gccrs: libproc_macro: Change proc_macro.h to main header

Add different include directives to the proc_macro header in order to
create an handy header much alike rust-system.

libgrust/ChangeLog:

* libproc_macro/proc_macro.h: Add Literal, Punct,
Group, TokenTree and Tokenstream headers.
