aligned-malloc tests: Simplify a macro definition and improve comment.

Suggested by Bruno Haible.

* tests/test-aligned-malloc.c (ALIGNMENT): Undefine without checking.
Mention that the #undef is for AIX which defines it beforehand in
<sys/socket.h>.
