* gas/mips/tmipsel16-e.d: Likewise.

* gas/mips/tempic.d: New for traditional mips.
* gas/mips/tmips16-e.d: Likewise.

* gas/mips/elf-rel.d: Handle alignment padding.
* gas/mips/elf-rel2.d: Likewise.

* gas/mips/mips.exp: Support little endian and traditional
mips.
