Pull sound fixes from Takashi Iwai:
 "People have been so busy for hunting and we're still getting more
  changes than wished for, but it doesn't look too scary; almost all
  changes are device-specific small fixes.

  I guess it's rather a casual bump, and no more Easter eggs are left
  for 7.0 (hopefully)...

   - Fixes for the recent regression on ctxfi driver
