KVM/TDX: Rename KVM_SUPPORTED_TD_ATTRS to KVM_SUPPORTED_TDX_TD_ATTRS

Rename KVM_SUPPORTED_TD_ATTRS to KVM_SUPPORTED_TDX_TD_ATTRS to include
"TDX" in the name, making it clear that it pertains to TDX.
