fortran: clean up core files after AC_FC_CHECK_BOUNDS

* lib/autoconf/fortran.m4 (AC_FC_CHECK_BOUNDS): Clean up core
files, too.  Needed for Sun Fortran 95 8.2 2005/10/13 on Solaris 8.
