initramfs-module-install: remove loongarch64 from COMPATIBLE_HOST

Due to initramfs-module-install runtime depend on grub, and grub did not
support loongarch64, remove loongarch64 from COMPATIBLE_HOST

$ echo "MACHINE = 'qemuloongarch64'" >> conf/local.conf
$ bitbake world
