generic: config-6.12: update with new symbols

Upstream 2b81db8a7f4475e141a8ffd7cc745ed9f15962df introduced several new
symbols. This commit adds them and also applies alphabetical order via
./scripts/kconfig.pl target/linux/generic/config-6.12
