docs: cgroup: Fix stale source file paths

Update two references to files that were moved:
- kernel/cgroup.c -> kernel/cgroup/cgroup.c
- tools/cgroup/cgroup_event_listener.c ->
  samples/cgroup/cgroup_event_listener.c
