MAINTAINERS: Update maintainer entry for QUALCOMM ETHQOS ETHERNET DRIVER

Replace Vinod Koul with Mohd Ayaan Anwar as the maintainer of the
QUALCOMM ETHQOS ETHERNET DRIVER. Vinod confirmed he is no longer
active in this area and agreed to be removed.
