firmware: qcom: scm: Allow QSEECOM on Lenovo IdeaCentre Mini X

The Hamoa-based Lenovo IdeaCentre Mini X provides the same UEFI variable
access through uefisecapp as other Hamoa devices, add it to the
allowlist.
