gh-112898: warn about unsaved files when quitting IDLE on macOS (GH-112939)

* gh-112898: warn about unsaved files when quitting IDLE on macOS

Implement the TK function ``::tk::mac::Quit`` on macOS to
ensure that IDLE asks about saving unsaved files when
quitting IDLE.
