gh-93857: Fix broken audit-event targets in sqlite3 docs (GH-93859)

Corrected targets for the following audit-events:

- sqlite3.enable_load_extension => sqlite3.Connection.enable_load_extension
- sqlite3.load_extension => sqlite3.Connection.load_extension
